Bali Beauty Conditions and Etiquette please read.

1. How do I book an appointment? You can book by calling Bali Beauty direct on 0425 223 764 .
2. When do I have to be ready? We will arrive 10-15min before treatment to set up and so you can fill in a quick client card. (Please note treatments will run to time for convenience of other appointments)
3. When are the treatments available? Please see front of flyer.  After hours may be available to help accommodate your requests or if we are completely booked up in hours appointed.
4. How much notice do I need to make for an appointment? Accommodating your requests is very important to us, however we do ask that you try and book your appointment in advance to save disappointment. (But not always necessary). Group bookings and indulgent packages need to be made in advance.
5. Can Bali Beauty do more then 1 person at a time? Yes we can do 2- 3 people at a time on Fridays & Saturdays Other days available but advance bookings are appreciated and advised.
6. When and how do I pay? You pay on completion of your treatment by Cash or Credit Card (not Amex or Diners cards).
7. What if I need to cancel booking? If you cancel the booking with less then 24hours notice you will be charged 50% of treatment cost. If you cancel with less then 2 hours notice you will need to pay for total cost of treatment.
8. What if I need to change date and or time?  If you need to change date or time we ask please give at least a minimum 24hours notice, however it will still be subject to availability and a surcharge may apply. If under 24hours notice and time can not be change to suit, you may need to keep original booking or you maybe charged 50%. Bali Beauty will at all times try to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.
9. What do I wear during my treatment? Maintaining your privacy, dignity and well being is of utmost importance to us. The Beautician will explain what to do and clothing to remove with each treatment. You will be draped correctly to ensure privacy and comfort.
10. What if I am late for appointment? If you are late this will unfortunately limit time allocated for your treatment & will lessen the effectiveness, your pleasure & enjoyment.
11. Can I have children present? Yes you can but we advise not too simply for your pleasure and comfort...
12. What if I have a Health Consideration? Please inform Bali Beauty when booking with any health concerns as they may effect treatment. Bali Beauty will also have an easy and quick client form for you to fill before we start your treatment.
13. Can I change my treatment? As we are mobile you need to change your treatment at least 2 hours in advance so we can bring the right equipment for your chosen treatment.
14. For convenience of all clients please note: as we are mobile all treatments will finish on time as we may have appointments after yours and need to keep to the schedule. So please be ready to start on time.
